The We Cook Program is a popular program for people supported through the semi independent living program. Groups consist of 3-6 members and they meet once per week. We Cook teaches basic food prep skills with an emphasis on healthy eating and food safe practices. Everyone participates from shopping, recipe selection, meal prep, cooking and cleanup. Each group then goes home with 5 meals to be frozen and enjoyed throughout the week.
