The Family Support Worker (FSW) is responsible to develop and implement an outcome-based program for children and youth with special needs. The FSW will research existing programs and connect with children, youth and their families, community resources and relevant ministries to conduct and assessment of the needs of children or youth. The FSW will establish a collaborative working relationship with community service providers, ministries, key partners and professionals.  The FSW will possess strong communication and public speaking skills, the ability to conduct interviews, facilitate meetings/presentations and exhibit positive representation for PAACL and the people we serve.

Qualifications:

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Current First Aid/CPR is a requirement
• Criminal record check required
• Class 4 license or to be obtained it within (6) months of hire
