Community Support Workers are responsible to assist individuals with their physical, economic, vocational, recreational, social, emotional and daily life skill development. The Community Support Worker is responsible for the creation of integrated opportunities designed to assist individuals to achieve the greatest degree of independence and quality of life possible. A Community Support Worker will develop and maintain a warm and friendly working relationship based on cooperation with persons served, co-workers, family/caregivers and members of the community and other professionals.
Qualifications:
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Current First Aid/CPR is a requirement
- Criminal record check required
- Class 4 license or to be obtained it within (6) months of hire
