Access: “Making the Community Accessible for Everyone” The focus of the Access Leisure Program allows clients to enjoy recreational and social involvement in their community. It promotes independence while encouraging development of social skills in group activities.
Self Help Skills: “A Step closer to Independence” The Self-Self Skills Program (SHS) offers support to clients who live with families and caregivers. This includes those who would like to transition to living on their own. It provides one-to-one support or small group learning to assist clients in obtaining the highest degree of independence possible.
Compass: Provides support to individuals requiring one-on-one personal supports including daily activities and outings.
